The National Center for Civic Empowerment Inc. is dedicated to fostering civic engagement and promoting voter education in a strictly nonpartisan manner. To support informed participation in the electoral process, the organization may provide or display informational materials from candidates under the following conditions:
Equal Access: Materials will be accepted from all qualified candidates running for the same office.
Equal Visibility: Each candidate will be afforded the same opportunity for distribution and display.
No Alterations: All materials will be distributed or displayed exactly as received, without modification, commentary, or selective emphasis.
Nonpartisan Conduct: Staff and volunteers are prohibited from expressing support for or opposition to any candidate or political party while representing the organization.
Disclaimer: These materials solely as a public service to enhance voter education. The organization does not endorse, support, or oppose any candidate, campaign, or political party. Our purpose is to inform voters—not to influence their decisions.
2. Donations:
To uphold transparency, accuracy, and financial accountability, our organization does not accept cash donations in any form. All contributions must be submitted exclusively through our official donation link. This process ensures secure tracking, proper documentation, and consistent compliance with reporting standards.
Tax Receipts: All donations made through our official donation link will automatically generate a tax-receipt for donor records.
