Erica Cruz is the CEO and President, with over 10 years of experience in Human Services and Mental Health working with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Associate degree from Springfield Technical Community College and her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2024, focusing on Psychology, Sociology, and Public Policy. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management at Westfield State University, and is committed to strengthening democracy through civic engagement using principles of psychology and sociology.

Jesenia Figueroa serves as Treasurer and brings extensive experience in community outreach and direct service to individuals and families, including those with disabilities. As a seasoned case manager and housing specialist, she has a strong record of connecting individuals to critical community resources, housing programs, and social services, while advocating to ensure equitable access to benefits and long-term stability. Her work includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining compliance with agency and state requirements, and supporting clients in building life skills and achieving self-sufficiency.

Jasmin Torres serves as Secretary and is a Criminal Justice student with a concentration in Forensic Psychology. She has extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, assisting individuals in understanding their legal rights, protective orders, and available resources. Trained in crisis intervention and emergency response, Jasmin has worked in legislative, court, and psychiatric hospital settings, developing strong skills in trauma-informed care, confidential documentation, and compassionate communication across diverse populations.
